Under Florida law (F.S. § 475.278), real estate licensees operate by default in a Transaction Broker relationship unless a Single Agent or No Brokerage Relationship is established in writing. As a transaction broker, Chris Moore and The Moore Group provide honest and fair dealing, accounting for all funds, skill, care, and diligence in transaction management, and timely presentation of all offers and counteroffers.
2. Military Relocation (PCS) & VA Loan Guidance
As a veteran-led practice, The Moore Group frequently assists active-duty military and veterans relocating to NAS Jacksonville, NS Mayport, and surrounding installations. Please note:
- VA loan benefit analyses, entitlement calculations, and basic allowance for housing (BAH) calculators provided on this site are for educational illustration only. Final loan qualification, funding fee exemptions, and interest rate commitments must be determined by a VA-approved mortgage lender.
